'Argo' trailer: Ben Affleck stars in a CIA-Hollywood mashup

Just when you think you've pegged Ben Affleck down, he does something completely different. The latest example of this is in the trailer for his upcoming film "Argo."

The movie is based on a real-life event in which a team of CIA operatives are sent into Iran to free six hostages. They do so by...and no this is not a joke...pretending they're part of a film production. Affleck not only stars in but also directs the movie that's slated for a Oct. 12 release.

The picture also features Alan Arkin, Bryan Cranston, John Goodman and Victor Garber.
