'The Dark Knight Rises' gets PG-13 rating for violence, sensuality

anne-hathaway-dark-knight-rises-catwoman-bane-wallpaper-poster-logo-trailerDirector Christopher Nolan's next installment in the "Batman" saga, "The Dark Knight Rises," earned itself a PG-13 rating for, says the MPAA, "intense sequences of violence and action, some sensuality and language." The rating is in line with the previous two movies, "Batman Begins" and "The Dark Knight."

Though while the first two films were cited for "intense action violence" and "disturbing images," "The Dark Knight Rises" is the first to raise censors concerns about "sensuality," reports CNN.

Which, of course, has fans abuzz about what that could mean for Bruce Wayne (Christian Bale) and his new Catwoman/Selina Kyle (Anne Hathaway). IS a superhero-style love scene in the works?

"The Dark Knight Rises" is slated to hit theaters on July 20.
