Tamera Mowry-Housley pregnant with first child

Just 10 months after her twin, Tia Mowry, welcomed her first child "Sister, Sister's" Tamera Mowry-Housley and husband Adam Housley are expecting their first baby, too.

"Adam and I are excited about having a baby and the blessing that he or she will bring to our lives and to our family and friends," says Housley in a statement to People.

"The first trimester was a little rough," says Housley, who is due in November. "I was extremely fatigued and had morning sickness -- more like evening sickness."

Housley is next expected to star in the new FOX pilot "Rebounding."
