Seal files Heidi Klum divorce response

Singer Seal has filed his response to Heidi Klum's divorce papers and it appears that money is going to be an issue. The piece of paper in contention? A possible postnuptial agreement that Klum claims exists.

TMZ already reported that Heidi claims there is a postnuptial agreement, which means there are no joint or community assets. But in Seal's papers, he claims there are "community and quasi-community assets" and he makes no mention of the postnup. Heidi is worth an estimated $70 million. Seal is reportedly worth around $15 million, so you can see why he might want some more.

Seal also wants joint custody of their four children. Klum has filed for primary custody.
