New 'Rock of Ages' trailer: Tom Cruise sings!

Claiming that Tom Cruise sings in the newly-released second trailer for "Rock of Ages" is technically true but also kind of an overstatement. The two-and-a-half minute clip is mostly dialogue shots featuring Alec Baldwin, Russell Brand, Mary J. Blige and Julianne Hough.

It's only at the end that a shirtless Cruise approaches a microphone and sings one short line from Bon Jovi's "Dead or Alive." Pay close attention or you might miss it:
