Marc Anthony finally files for divorce from Jennifer Lopez

Marc Anthony has finally filed for divorce from "American Idol" judge Jennifer Lopez, even after numerous rumors about their reconciliation. He filed papers in the L.A. County Superior court on April 9, asking for joint legal and physical custody of his 4-year-old twins with J. Lo.

According to TMZ, Anthony is citing "irreconcilable differences" as the the reason for the split. He's also asking that Lopez be granted no child support. The couple announced that they were separating back in July, 2011, though they continue to work on projects together, including the musical competition "Q'Viva: The Chosen."

The couple married back in 2004. Lopez is on divorce number three and Anthony is on number two. These two seem to be getting along well, despite their separation. Do you have more respect for them because of it? Let us know.
