Kris Humphries has a date with a 16-year-old

Kim Kardashian's ex-husband Kris Humphries has a date with a sixteen-year-old. But wait! It's not what you think. Humphries hasn't gone off the deep end. There is actually a reason behind this.

According to TMZ, this date is with a young cancer patient. Friends of Kaely Kwitek of upstate New York started a Twitter account @Kris4Kaley to get Humphries' attention. It worked! The account tweeted, "For everyone wondering, Kris publicist emailed me basically saying they would like to be involved and are still checking his schedule! AHHHH."

Humphries and Kwitek exchanged a few emails and he invited her to come down for a Nets game. He'll pay all expenses for Kaely and her family. He tells TMZ, "I'm truly honored that someone with much larger things on their plate feels that my involvement in their cause is important. Not many of us can be as strong as she has been. I hope that many more will join me and support Team Kaely."
