Halle Berry confirms Olivier Martinez engagement

Halle Berry may have thought she'd never remarry, but everybody can be wrong some time. She has confirmed her engagement to French actor Olivier Martinez to "Extra's" Terri Seymour.

"Who knew? I swore [marriage] off, right? Never say never, people!" says Berry, on the red carpet for the 2012 Jenesse Center Silver Rose Gala this past Saturday (April 14), an event that benefits victims of domestic violence.

Martinez had actually already confirmed the engagement, telling the Miami Herald back in March that "of course it's true."

Berry has previously been married twice - to baseball player David Justice and to singer Eric Benet. She also has a 4-year-old daughter, Nahla, with ex-boyfriend Gabriel Aubry. Martinez has previously been linked to Aussie songstress Kylie Minogue, actress Mira Sorvino and model Rosie Huntington-Whiteley, though he has never been married.

Martinez and Berry met on the set of 2010 movie "Dark Tide" and have been together ever since. Congratulations to them both.
