Chris Brown not dead despite Twitter's best efforts

For the second time in just over two months, singer Chris Brown has been hit by the Twitter Grim Reaper.

On Thursday (April 26), the topic of #RIPChrisBrown was trending worldwide on Twitter, this despite the fact that Brown is very much still alive. In fact, Brown was busy on the social media site earlier that day promoting a single he recorded with Brandy.

The last time a Twitter RIP befell Brown, it happened just after the Grammy Awards on Feb. 14. While some thought it was just another death hoax others assumed it stood for "Really Inspiring Person."
