Tim Tebow on 'The Bachelor'? 'Definitely not,' says the NFL player

The polarizing, break-out star of the past NFL season Tim Tebow was in the news recently because "Bachelor" host Chris Harrison said he had spoken with Tebow about being the next "Bachelor."

Those of you who were instantly salivating about the prospect of squeaky clean Tebow being thrown into the snake pit that is "The Bachelor" women (seriously, did you see the Women Tell All special Monday night?), prepare to be disappointed. Tebow has taken to Twitter to deny the rumors:

"Haha rumors can be crazy! Even though I've watched the show before, I'm definitely not gonna be on the Bachelor. #JessePalmer."

We love the mention of Jesse Palmer - in case you either don't know or don't remember, he's the former NFL quarterback who appeared on "The Bachelor" in the spring of 2004.
