Tara Reid goes for the glamour at 'American Reunion' red carpet

What a difference five years makes. Tara Reid appears to have shed her hot mess ways at the Australian premiere of "American Reunion," the latest in the "American Pie" franchise.

The 36-year-old Reid, who is probably best known for having a major wardrobe malfunction at P. Diddy's 2005 birthday, came elegantly dressed in a silver dress that never unintentionally exposed anything. In addition, her hair was reminiscent of old Hollywood, a far cry from her usual coif.

Reid's career has taken more than a bit of a dip in recent years. The former "Wild On" star did seven consecutive direct-to-video films between 2005-08. Since then she's starred in three movies you've never heard of. Perhaps a new image will help end that disappointing run.
