Russell Brand: Arrest warrant issued in iPhone toss

Russell Brand may learn the hard way that while tossing beads in New Orleans is acceptable behavior, snatching someone's iPhone and hurling it through a glass window is not.

On Wednesday (March 14), the New Orleans Police Department issued an arrest warrant for Brand after a Monday incident in which he allegedly grabbed an iPhone from a paparazzo and threw it through the window of a law office.

According to TMZ, Brand has offered to pay for the damage to the law office window and is apparently still in New Orleans where he's filming an untitled Diablo Cody movie, which also stars "The Help" Oscar winner Octavia Spencer.
