'Prometheus' trailer debuts at WonderCon 2012

"Prometheus," the latest sci-fi action movie from Ridley Scott, starring Charlize Theron and Noomi Rapace (the Swedish "Girl With the Dragon Tattoo) debuted its first full trailer at WonderCon 2012 - and it looks pretty awesome.

The movie chronicles a team of explorers who set off on a journey to the deepest reaches of space exploring a clue to the origins of mankind. There, they battle to save the future of the human race on Earth.

At WonderCon, Scott told the audience that the movie does not tell the whole story - there are questions left unanswered - so they're very much interested in doing a sequel. "Prometheus" opens nationwide June 8 and also stars Michael Fassbender, Idris Elba and Guy Pearce.
