Mega Millions winning numbers: No winner means jackpot up to record $476 million

Tuesday night's (March 27) multi-state Mega Millions lottery saw no one across the 40+ states that offer the drawing pick the winning numbers, according to officials, which will raise the jackpot to a record $476 million for the drawing held Friday, March 30. The previous record for largest jackpot was $390, set in March 2007.

The winning numbers, in case you couldn't check your ticket because the site was down, were 9-19-34-44-51 and 24 for the Mega number. The odds for winning this drawing were roughly 1 in 176 million.

Crazy. And the number for Friday's jackpot is just an estimate - based on ticket sales, it could go up between now and then. Will you be buying a ticket?
