Kathy Griffin tweets post-surgery pic of 'leaky lady' panties

Kathy Griffin made it through her "extremely invasive surgery" to have a uterine polyp removed Wednesday (May 21) -- undoubtedly a huge surprise since she posted a video Tuesday saying her chances of survival were "very, very slim."

And the comedian was even feeling up for a photo op (above), which she tweeted along with this update: "Uterus polyp BENIGN! But had to show u my sexxxy hospital 'leaky lady' panties."

Check out the video she filmed with her assistant, Tiffany Rinehart, in which she naturally manages to squeeze in a promo for her new Bravo show, "Kathy," which premieres April 19 at 10 p.m.
