Hugh Hefner's son Marston pleads no contest to domestic violence charge

Marston Hefner, the 21-year-old son of Playboy founder Hugh Hefner, has pleaded no contest to a domestic violence charge, this stemming from a Feb. 2012 skirmish with Playmate Claire Sinclair.

Marston submitted his plea on Tuesday (March 20) on the charge of corporal injury to a cohabitant. He is scheduled to be sentenced on June 12 in Pasadena, CA.

TMZ is reporting that Marston will receive one year of domestic violence counseling. Additionally, he's been ordered to steer clear of Sinclair.

It was on Feb. 12 that police were called to the Pasadena residence the two share. When the cops arrived, they saw visible injuries on Sinclair including bruises and red marks.

Sinclair has said nothing publicly on this recent news. However, when the matter first came to light, she says, "I will not press charges against Marston Hefner if he keeps his word to give a public apology for physically abusing me on several occasions, and seeks psychiatric help for his anger issues."
