The child endangerment case brought against Gabriel Aubry by his ex, and baby mama, Halle Berry has been dropped, reports TMZ. Though Aubry will reportedly have additional conditions placed on his visitations with daughter Nahla, 3.

Aubry and Berry are still tied up in legal wrangling over the custody of Nahla.

Child endangerment charges were brought against Aubry when a nanny accused him of shoving her in front of the child.

Recently, Berry fired her longtime attorney after he allegedly advised her against moving to France with Nahla while the custody case is ongoing.
