Britney Spears sells house, moving in with Jason Trawick

Britney Spears can finally put the Beverly Hills house where she had her famous 2008 meltdown behind her. TMZ reports the estate, which was listed for $2,995,000, sold for $4,253,000.

The singer's people listed the house at a modest asking price in hopes of starting a bidding frenzy, and it looks like it paid off handsomely. Additionally, because of Britney's conservatorship, there will be a hearing on the sale in April, and apparently, anyone can show up and outbid the current offer.

Sources say that Britney and fiance Jason Trawick will be moving in together into a rented house until they settle on a place to buy.
