Brian Austin Green, Megan Fox sued for alleged paparazzi beat down

A photographer who claims he was assaulted by "Beverly Hills 90210" alum Brian Austin Green in December while Green's wife, Megan Fox, egged him on is suing the couple, reports TMZ.

Delbert Shaw claims in a lawsuit filed Monday (March 26) in Los Angeles County Superior Court that he was taking pictures of the couple on a beach in Hualalai, Hawaii when they started making verbal threats against him. Things escalated, he says, when Fox said, "Are you going to let him get away with that?"

That's when Green, says Shaw, started pummeling him and threw his iPhone into the ocean. He's suing for unspecified damages.
