LeAnn Rimes still 'in pain' after mouth surgery

Not one to suffer in silence, LeAnn Rimes is in pain and she wants her Twitter followers to know.

K, coming clean... I had minor surgery this week and I've been in SO much pain it's not even funny," she tweeted on Friday (Feb. 3). "Nothing major just annoying! Pain pain go away!!!!!! When it's mouth pain and jaw pain it makes your whole head pound! YUCK."

A Rimes rep tells E! News that the singer underwent minor oral surgery to correct TMJ -- a jaw disorder that can be caused by many different things including arthritis, injury, muscle clenching or habitual tooth grinding, per WebMD.

On Sunday, Rimes tweeted an update, saying, "Not feeling better just yet, sucks. I haven't been able to workout in 6 days. I need to. Super Bowl, YES."
