Jimmy Fallon's 'Late Night' Super Bowl musical number rocks Indianapolis

fallon-sb-nbc.jpgMadonna's Super Bowl halftime show left many viewers disappointed. For those of you who might still be seeking out a better and shorter alternative, may we suggest Jimmy Fallon.

That's right. You read this correctly. The host of "Late Night" did a whopper of a musical introduction to his talk show on Sunday (Feb. 5).

Fallon starts his routine in a Butler University dorm enjoying a Super Bowl party. But after the game ends, he's eager to continue the festivities. It is then that Fallon channels his inner Adele, singing a heavily-modified version of her song "Rolling in the Deep."

He reminds people in the tune, "If you wake up hung over, just call in sick to work."

Fallon also simulates Janet Jackson's famed "wardrobe malfunction" with someone you'd rather not see endure such a thing.

The whole number ends with marching bands, cheerleaders, mascots and a half-naked guy with a shower cap dancing in front of a packed studio audience.

And he didn't flip the bird to anyone at the end.
