Halle Berry angers ex Gabriel Aubry by planning to move to France with boyfriend Olivier Martinez

Halle Berry wants to move to France with her daughter Nahla and her boyfriend Olivier Martinez. Guess who isn't too happy about that. Yup! Her ex Gabriel Aubry. Berry is asking the judge for permission to move and Aubry isn't taking it lying down, according to TMZ.

The site reports that Berry filed papers with the court requesting the move and there is going to be a hearing. Apparently, Gabriel is furious and believes that this is about keeping him away from his daughter. Their sources say that the fact that Martinez is going to be living with his daughter is a problem for him as well.

Berry may argue that since her stalker has been released from jail, getting out of the country is a good idea. This has been a very contentious custody case and for little Nahla's sake, we wish them a very quick and fair resolution.
