Gerard Butler out of rehab, looks fit as a Spartan fiddle

Less than two days after we learned he had entered rehab, Gerard Butler is apparently out, looking fit and hitting pre-Oscar parties.

On Saturday (Feb. 25), Butler, 42, was spotted jogging with a personal trainer along Hollywood's Sunset Boulevard before turning up that evening at the Weinstein Company's annual Oscars eve fete.

Butler admitted himself to the Betty Ford Center in early February to help with an addiction to painkillers and cocaine. He apparently became addicted to the pain pills because of the physical demands of filming the ab-baring 2006 movie "300."

"Gerard has completed a successful course of treatment and has returned home in good health," a rep for Butler tells the U.K.'s Daily Mail.
