Demi Moore in Utah rebab -- report

Demi Moore, who was rushed to hte hospital on Jan. 23 after suffering seizure-like symptoms, is undergoing rehab at the exclusive Cirque Lodge in Sundance, Utah.

According to E!, Moore was admitted to the facility the week after her hospitalization.

"She's on total lockdown and only talking to a small group of people," a source tells E!, adding that Moore is being treated for both an eating disorder and addiction issues.

Cirque Lodge has hosted a slew of high-profile guests in the past including Lindsay Lohan, Eva Mendes and Mary-Kate Olsen.

A source also confirms to E! that Moore was in fact inhaling nitrous oxide before she was rushed to the hospital.
