Zooey Deschanel files for divorce, reveals financials

"New Girl" star Zooey Deschanel and husband of two years Ben Gibbard announced at the beginning of November that they were splitting up, though were quick to reassure the split was "mutual and amicable" and that no third party was involved.

Now the divorce papers have been officially filed. They were obtained by TMZ and in addition to the usual "irreconcilable differences," the lawyer also attached an earnings and spending report regarding Zooey's lifestyle.

So if you're looking for all the dirt on her financials, you can find out she makes about $95,000 a month; her expenses average $22,550 a month; she has three credit cards that have a combined limit of $5000 but they all have a zero balance; she has over $1.5 million in the bank and she donates $1500 a month to charity.
