Victoria Beckham gave birth to her fourth child in July, but she's already back to her typically taut self based on a new photo spread in Japanese magazine Numero Tokyo.

In it, the one-time Spice Girl and wife of hottie soccer star David Beckham shows off her streamlined self in a belted white Rochas corset, that looks more like a strapless one-piece swimsuit than foundation clothing, but what do we know?
