Ricky Gervais posts plastic surgery pic ahead of Golden Globes

Apparently, Hollywood's pressure to look superhuman has finally gotten to perennial Golden Globes host Ricky Gervais. Well, not really.

On Tuesday (Jan. 10), Gervais tweeted a photo of himself looking as if he'd had some rather unfortunate plastic surgery. In the picture, a goofy-faced Gervais is clowning in front of Los Angeles' Modern Institute of Plastic Surgery and Anti-Aging. He's also brandishing a wad of
