Michael Lohan's ex Kate Major arrested, attacks cops in Florida

According to TMZ, Major was arrested Sat., Jan. 14 for attacking a couple in the parking lot of a Florida apartment building. The police report states that cops arrived on the scene and "attempted to speak with Major, who was screaming and yelling obscenities at [Rosario] Tapia, calling her a 'fat f---' and a 'bitch'."

Apparently, Major approached the pair's car, opened the door and began attacking Tapia and calling her "several racial names."

But the nutso report doesn't stop there. Major reportedly resisted arrest by trying to kick the cops, and after she was arrested and taken into custody, she tried to run away, then slapped an officer and called him a "fat f---."

Classy! Major was charged with battery, resisting arrest and battery on a police officer.
