Heather Locklear: Out of the hospital, but still at risk?

On Friday (Jan. 13) evening, Heather Locklear was discharged from a hospital where she had received treatment for ingesting a mixture of drugs and alcohol, reports People.

Locklear was released into the custody of her family. A day earlier she had been hospitalized after her sister called 911 saying Locklear was in danger. Paramedics and sheriffs deputies responded and determined that the "Melrose Place" actress needed to be hospitlaized. She was, according to People, "out of control" when she wass admitted to the Los Robles Hospital & Medical Center.

In 2008, a doctor called 911 reporting that Locklear was suicidal. She later admitted herself for treatment of anxiety and depression.

In November, Locklear and actor Jack Wagner called off their engagement.
