Halle Berry and Gabriel Aubry's custody battle heats up

The tense relationship between Halle Berry and ex Gabriel Aubry has gotten even more contentious, if you can believe it. The former couple had an emergency court hearing Tuesday, Jan. 24 over custody issues involving their 3-year-old daughter, Nahla. Berry is trying to prohibit Aubry from having contact with their daughter after he reportedly shoved the nanny while she was holding Nahla. A child endangerment investigation is underway to determine what happened -- police were called, but nobody was arrested. According to TMZ, the judge who heard their case decided to postpone a decision until Monday, when the regular judge who handles their case gets back from his vacation. In the meantime, their regular custody rules apply as the judge has determined Nahla isn't in any immediate danger.
