Did Minka Kelly reject Jake Gyllenhaal? Do we care?

Jake Gyllenhaal struck out when it came to courting "Charlie's Angels" star Minka Kelly. At least according to Us Weekly, which reports that Kelly "declined" an invitation from Gyllenhaal when he asked her on a date last fall.

Apparently Kelly was taking a break from her relationship with Yankee Derek Jeter when Gyllenhaal made his move. But, reports Us, Kelly was "trying to patch things up with Jeter." And, apparently she did The couple got back together in December.

Gyllenhaal dated Reese Witherspoon from 2007 to 2009 Before that he was linked to Kirsten Dunst. Before linking up with Jeter, Kelly dated Chris Evans, Donald Faison and John Mayer.
