Demi Moore hospitalized for 'exhaustion'

On Monday, Demi Moore was rushed to a hospital after a 911 call was placed from her Los Angeles home.

"Because of the stresses in her life right now, Demi has chosen to seek professional assistance to treat her exhaustion and improve her overall health," her rep tells TMZ. "She looks forward to getting well and is grateful for the support of her family and friends."

Though TMZ adds that "sources" claim Moore is being treated for substance abuse.

Moore and husband of six years Ashton Kutcher split up in November 2011 amid rumors of Kutcher's infidelity. Twenty-two-year-old Sara Leal shared her account of an a night she allegedly spent with Kutcher in September and Moore and Kutcher announced their divorce a little more than a month later.

So far neither Moore nor Kutcher have commented on the incident via Twitter, their usual mode of disseminating information.
