Tim Tebow is America's most-wanted celebrity neighbor

Part of Tim Tebow's appeal is that he's a polite, nice, guy-next-door type of dude -- and apparently, America has taken that quite literally as the Denver Broncos quarterback was recently voted the celebrity Americans most want as their next-door neighbor.

Real estate research company Zillow polled U.S. residents for the fifth year in a row, and found that Tebow is the most desirable celebrity neighbor, with 14 percent of males and 7 percent of females voting for the QB. Following the 24-year-old were celebrity couples Angelina Jolie and Brad Pitt with 10 percent of the vote and Jennifer Aniston and Justin Theroux with 9 percent.

However, there's one major thing to note -- most people surveyed would rather not have a star living next door at all. A whopping 42 percent of people would prefer an average joe next-door neighbor.

Unsurprisingly topping the worst neighbor list were the "Jersey Shore" cast, Charlie Sheen, Lindsay Lohan and Kim Kardashian.
