New 'Dark Knight Rises' stills: Christian Bale, Tom Hardy compare muscles

In four new stills from "The Dark Knight Rises" -- the final installment in the Christopher Nolan "Batman" trilogy -- Christian Bale flexes his latex muscles and stares broodingly into the camera.

Meanwhile, Batman's newest nemesis, Bane (Tom Hardy), resembles Hannibal Lecter on steroids in a pair of pics that show off his own rippling biceps and chrome dome.

No new pics of Catwoman Anne Hathaway, but on Monday (Dec. 19) the official theatrical trailer for movie hit the web. And, yes, we are totally getting that bat signal.
