Meet Linda Perry, Sara Gilbert's new girlfriend

Earlier Thursday (Dec. 1), Sara Gilbert of "The Talk" confirmed that she is dating Linda Perry. Gilbert had split from her previous partner, Allison Adler, whom she had been with for 10 years and with whom she has two children, back in August.

But who is Linda Perry?

Well, remember 4 Non Blondes and the song "What's Up?", often erroneously referred to as "What's Going On?" That's Linda Perry. The lead singer. We were surprised, too. Just because we haven't really heard about her in awhile and she looks quite different now.

However, that's not all that Perry has going on. She's a Grammy-nominated songwriter and producer, having penned hits for Pink, Christina Aguilera, Courtney Love, Gwen Stefani, Cheap Trick and Alicia Keys, among others. Her Grammy nom came for Aguilera's "Beautiful" in 2004.
