Lindsay Lohan, whose first-ever Playboy cover is set to hit newsstands on Dec. 15 but leaked on Wednesday (Dec. 7), is hardly the first mainstream-ish celebrity to appear on the cover of the legendary girlie mag. But how does she stack up compared to celebs who have come before?

Stars as diverse as Heidi Montag -- who posed to show off her new 60 percent plastic body -- and Drew Barrymore have posed for Playboy photographers.
