Kevin Federline (aka K-Fed) hospitalized in Australia

According to InTouch Weekly, Kevin Federline -- the one-time husband (and baby daddy) of Britney Spears, was recently hospitalized in Australia after collapsing while filming "Excess Baggage," the down-under version of "Celebrity Fit Club."

Federline, reports Australia's Courier Mail, is in Sydney taping the show after being dubbed "K-Fat" in the U.S. (who knew?). Federline appeared on VH1's "Celebrity Fit Club" in 2010 alongside ex (and baby mama) Shar Jackson. The erstwhile rapper blamed his weight gain on depression following his divorce from Spears.

A source tells InTouch that Federline was treated in mid-November for heatstroke and dehydration after losing consciousness.

"Kevin had to swim across a river with alligators on the show," added the source.
