Joe Guidice indicted; Jacqueline Laurita allegedly battered ex

Trouble is again brewing for Joe Giudice (aka "Juicy Joe"), the husband of "Real Housewives of New Jersey" co-star Teresa Giudice. According to People, a Passaic County, N.J. grand jury on Tuesday (Dec. 20) indicted Giudice for using false information to obtain a driver's license.

Officials allege that Giudice used his brother's information -- including a marriage and birth certificate -- to obtain a driver's license after his own had been suspended following a DUI conviction. Oops.

In related news, InTouch is reporting that another "RHONJ" co-star, Jacqueline Laurita, was arrested in 1996 for alleged battery of her then-boyfriend.

"She slapped him in the face and punched him in the groin," according to a police report obtained by the magazine.

A former "friend" is also telling InTouch that despite Laurita's denials, she was in fact a stripper at a Las Vegas club called the Glitter Gulch.
