'Hangover 3': Bradley Cooper says shooting will begin in September

People's "Sexiest Man Alive," Bradley Cooper says we're getting a chance to get another hangover. He was recently a guest on "The Graham Norton Show," where he discussed the newest installment of the highest grossing R-rated comedy franchise ever.

"The Hangover 2" was basically the same formula as the first film, but Cooper told Norton that this one would be different. "I hope we're going start shooting in September. I know Todd Phillips is working on the script. We adhered to the formula in the second one, [and] the third would close the trilogy. I think it'll take place in L.A. and not adhere to the structure, it might be different."
