Ranging from Ashton Kutcher (#100) to the Insane Clown Posse (#1), the annual list encompasses all things unattractive. Also on the list are people like Gary Shirley from "Teen Mom" (#26), Herman Cain (#2), Kris Humphries (#65), Guy Fieri (#22) and Dr. Oz (#14).

We'd respectfully disagree with their selections of Taylor Lautner (#88) -- the Phoenix must be Team Edward -- Anderson Cooper (#81) and Jimmy Fallon (#93), but hey, you can't please everyone.
