Adam Lambert 'embarrassed' by his drunken Finnish escapade

The bar fight heard 'round the world between Adam Lambert and his boyfriend, Sauli Koskinen, has Lambert ruing his last couple days.

Via Twitter, the singer and former "American Idol" runner-up says he's "embarrassed" by the incident. He and Koskinen were kicked out of a bar in Helsinki, Finland, for fighting and then spent a couple hours in jail Thursday (Dec. 22).

"Violence is not to be taken lightly," Lambert writes. "Embarrassed by drunkenness. No punches thrown, no injuries and no charges. Media always exaggerates."

Lambert blames the incident on jet lag and a little too much vodka and has also tweeted that he and Koskinen, a reality-TV star in Finland, have laughed off the incident.
