Vanessa Minnillo officially takes Nick Lachey's last name

Vanessa Minnillo is no more! The "Wipeout" hostess married "The Sing-Off's" Nick Lachey in July -- with a TLC wedding special airing shortly thereafter, of course. Now, she's made it really really official, not only changing her name, but her Twitter handle.

"So. . .I'm making it official, and I LOVE my 'new name!'" the former MTV VJ tweeted. "@VanessaLachey.... has a nice ring to it ;-)"

Her Twitter bio is currently "Host by day, Wifey by night, Wanna-be Mommy all the time," so we're guessing that she and Lachey are working on filling up their new Encino mansion with a family as soon as possible.
