Mindy McCready pregnant with twins

What a Wednesday (Nov. 30) for Mindy McCready! On the same day she insists that she's not missing and she did not kidnap her 5-year-old son, the country singer announces that she's expecting twins.

The National Enquirer is reporting the news that the McCready, 36, is five months pregnant. It is still unknown who is the father of the children.

Earlier in the day McCready says that, despite reports to the contrary, that she did not kidnap her five-year-old son Zander from the child's home in Cape Coral, FL. McCready does not have custody of the Zander.

Of the report, she tells Access Hollywood, "I am working with lawyers to try to get all this straightened out. I did not steal my child, as it would be impossible for me to kidnap what already belongs to me! There never was any missing persons report and never an Amber Alert."

McCready is under court order to return with the child by Dec. 1.
