Lindsey Miller, '50/50' fan and cancer 'liver,' asks Joseph Gordon-Levitt on a date

Joseph Gordon-Levitt's starring role in "50/50" as a guy dealing with cancer won him strong reviews from movie critics -- and an admirer in 26-year-old Los Angeles resident Lindsey Miller.

Miller is herself a cancer "liver" -- a term she coined to describe herself as someone who's neither in remission nor undergoing harsh, intrusive treatment. She's also a fan of "50/50" and of Gordon-Levitt's performance. And she'd like to meet him for coffee.

"After seeing Joseph Gordon-Levitt's performance and seeing/reading some of his subsequent interviews about the film I thought, 'This guy gets it. And he's cute. I wonder if I could ever run into him somewhere,'" Miller writes on her blog. Alas, that hasn't happened yet. So Miller has posted a YouTube video in which she ever so sweetly asks Gordon-Levitt out on her first date since receiving her diagnosis of pancreatic neuroendocrine cancer last year.

The video, which Miller posted Monday (Nov. 14) and you can watch below, had more than 130,000 views as of this post. We hope Gordon-Levitt was one of those people, because it's just really, really cute. Say yes, Joseph!
