Lauren Alaina fumbles 'Star-Spangled Banner' at NFL game

What is it about Green Bay Packers games that makes singers mess up the "Star-Spangled Banner"?

"American Idol" runner-up Lauren Alaina was charged with singing the national anthem before the Green Bay vs. Detroit game on Thanksgiving (Nov. 24). While things started off ok, she quickly forgot the words. After prolonged pause, Alaina picked right back up and finished the song just fine.

"It's all about how you finish," says FOX broadcaster Joe Buck.

This is not the first time the Packers and NFL fans have witnessed these sorts of mistakes. It was during the Super Bowl in February that Christina Aguilera flubbed the tune. Green Bay went on to win that game beating the Pittsburgh Steelers for the title.

Perhaps this is a good omen for the Cheeseheads?
