Kris Humphries' divorce attorney confirms retainer, divorce proceedings

Late last week, the rumors were flying that Kris Humphries had retained a divorce attorney for his impending split from wife of 72 days Kim Kardashian. Now Minneapolis Star-Tribune reporter C.J. has confirmed it is true - from the lawyer himself.

C.J. spoke with the supposed lawyer, Lee Hutton III. He said to her when asked if he was representing Humphries in the divorce, "I've been retained to."

Hutton also said, "At this point in time, no [divorce] papers have been withdrawn."

Hutton was also the attorney who represents Hank Baskett, formerly of the Minnesota Vikings and husband to reality star and former playmate Kendra Wilkinson.
