Heidi Klum's Halloween: Kate Upton, Fergie, Michelle Tractenberg and more come out to play

Heidi Klum and husband Seal held their 12th annual Halloween bash on Monday night (Oct. 31), at the PH-D Rooftop Lounge at Dream Downtown in New York City. The lovely pair of chimpanzees above are Heidi and Seal - at least we assume so, the primates are in all the pictures that are labeled "Heidi Klum and Seal."

Among the other guests include model Kate Upton, who appears below to have gone as a slutty skeleton; Kyle MacLachlan, who is ... dressed as Cheez Whiz?; Fergie, who awesomely dressed up as a girl from "Toddlers and Tiaras"; and Michelle Tractenberg, who is also awesomely dressed as Sally from "The Nightmare Before Christmas."
