Darren Criss' 'How to Succeed in Business' poster -- adorable, obviously

Darren Criss makes his Broadway debut Jan. 3 as Daniel Radcliffe's replacement in the Tony-winning revival of "How to Succeed in Business Without Really Trying."

Now that we've seen the first official poster for Criss' stint as J. Pierrepont finch in the musical, we can officially say that we're dying to see him do his thing. The bow tie is reminiscent of his wardrobe as Blaine on "Glee," but that can only be a good thing.

Criss' three weeks last from Jan. 3 to 22, but don't worry if you miss him. A Broadway vet you might've heard of named Nick Jonas takes over the role starting Jan. 24. What a casting department!
