Charlie Sheen sells home to 'Big Bang's' Simon Helberg at $800K below initial price; Chuck Lorre likely smiles

If Chuck Lorre's producing career doesn't work out, perhaps he should try being a real estate broker.

Simon Helberg, who plays the suave nerd Howard Wolowitz on Lorre's "The Big Bang Theory," just bought a $2.9 million house. The seller...Lorre's former employee Charlie Sheen, according to Real Estalker.

The 4-bedroom, 4.5 bath Mediterranean-style house comes in nearly 4,200 square feet. It first went on the market in 2009 for $3.7 million.

By saving $800,000, looks like Helberg is "Winning."
