'Breaking Dawn' premiere: Robert Pattinson, Taylor Lautner and more step out on the red carpet

The "Twilight Saga: Breaking Dawn Part 1" cast stepped out in their premiere finery at the Nokia Theatre in Los Angeles Monday night (Nov. 14). Of course the trio was on hand - Robert Pattinson, Kristen Stewart and Taylor Lautner. Do you think they are sick of premieres yet? Or perhaps they crossed that line like 20 premieres ago?

Also on hand were on-screen couples Nikki Reed/Kellan Lutz and Elizabeth Reaser/Peter Facinelli. We really dig the ladies' dresses. Lutz kind of looks like he chose to attend the premiere as a disembodied head. If not for that tie clip ...

"Twilight: Breaking Dawn Part 1" opens nationwide Nov. 18 - have you already bought your ticket? And can you believe it's a whole year until the second one comes out?! Ridiculous.
